We thought we could get our iced lattes through our intern but Fareehah was more inclined to learning the ropes in marketing.
She spends the day at college and heads home to log in and support the team at Rocketship HQ. She works on different projects and helps us close them quickly.
Fareehah is also one of the forces behind the Mobile UA Show.

The work at Rocketship HQ
Q1. What are three 3 words that you would use to describe yourself?
Empathetic, creative, versatile.
Q2. What drew you to Rocketship HQ originally? How has the company changed since?
Although I am relatively new to working at Rocketship HQ, my interest in the company was piqued by my sister’s long-standing association with the company. As a college student, I was particularly drawn to the opportunity to gain experience in a remote work environment, which offers greater flexibility and allows for better management of my time between work and studies, compared to a traditional part-time job.
Q3. What do you like about your job?
I have had the opportunity to learn new skills and expand my knowledge of the intricacies involved in podcast production and other marketing-related tasks that I have undertaken so far.
Q4. What has been your proudest moment at RocketShip HQ?
My proudest moment so far is when I received recognition for my work from Shamanth when I conducted a competitor analysis for our DailyAd project.
Q5. What is a typical workday like for you?
As I balance my college coursework and a part-time job, I arrange my work schedule around my class schedule. Typically, I work during late evenings and weekends to accommodate my coursework during the day, but I always ensure that I fulfill both responsibilities effectively.

Q6. What are some of the key lessons you’ve learned over the course of your career?
I learned that you should be disciplined and consistent in your work. You won’t always be motivated, it is discipline that will allow you to accelerate your growth. You should never give up and face all the challenges with a positive attitude.

Q7. Tell us about your favorite travel & food spots or experiences (feel free to include more than 1).
La Pinoz is my go-to food spot for its delicious pizzas and pastas. My personal favorites are the mac and cheese and the 7-cheese pizza.
One of my most memorable trips was to Lonavala with my friends, where we enjoyed a variety of fun activities and engaging conversations during a campfire.
Q8. What do you do for fun?
I am passionate about both baking and cooking, and I love experimenting with different cuisines. I have tried a variety of dishes, all of which have turned out delicious.
Apart from cooking, I enjoy reading fictional novels, and I am particularly fond of Colleen Hoover’s work. I have a huge collection of her books on my bookshelf. In my free time, I enjoy expressing my creativity through painting and crafting.
Q9. What are the top 3 items on your bucket list?
- Owning a villa and a luxurious car.
- Visiting at least 5 different countries.
- Opening an orphanage for children.
Q10. What is a fun fact about yourself that not many people might know?
Before TikTok was banned in India, my friends and I recreated several viral trends. I used to make various transitional videos and expressed my skills through TikTok videos. I also gained a good number of followers and likes. Unfortunately, my growth was cut short as TikTok was banned around the same time.
