Q1. What are three 3 words that you would use to describe yourself?
Curious, Resilient, Adpatable
Q2. What drew you to RocketShip HQ originally? How has the company changed since?
I was drawn to RocketShip HQ because of the strong focus on performance-led growth, experimentation, and actually thinking through problems instead of just running ads. Since joining, the team has become more structured and sharper in how we approach scale, data, and client communication—while still keeping the startup energy intact.
Q3. What do you like about your job?
I like the mix of strategy and execution. One moment you’re deep in numbers and insights, the next you’re thinking about creatives, messaging, or growth levers. There’s also a lot of ownership, which keeps things interesting and pushes me to constantly improve.
Q4. What has been your proudest moment at Rocketship HQ?
Seeing my analysis or recommendations directly influence decisions and outcomes for clients. It’s always satisfying when insights you’ve worked on actually translate into better performance.
Q5. What is a typical workday like for you?
A mix of checking performance dashboards, digging into data, reviewing creatives, brainstorming tests, and syncing with the team. No two days look exactly the same, which is honestly what I enjoy most.
Career journey
Q6. What was a key inflection/turning point in your career?
Moving into performance marketing and realizing how much I enjoy the intersection of creativity and data. That shift helped me stop thinking in silos and start looking at growth more holistically.
Q7. Tell us about a mentor or a person who has inspired or influenced you significantly.
I’ve learned the most from people who challenged my thinking rather than just giving answers—managers and peers who pushed me to justify decisions with logic, data, and clarity. That mindset has stayed with me.
Q8. What are some of the key lessons you’ve learned over the course of your career?
Stay curious, don’t get too attached to assumptions, and let data guide decisions—but never ignore intuition completely. Also, consistency beats intensity in the long run.

Q10. What do you do for fun?
Working out, riding bikes, exploring cafés, traveling when I can, and occasionally gaming or binge-watching shows when I need to switch off.
Q11. What are the top items on your bucket list
- Do a long road trip across India
- Live in a new city purely for the experience
- Build something of my own from scratch someday
Q12. What is a fun fact about yourself that not many people might know?
