Rocketship HQ Wellness Apps – Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 15, 2026

Rocketship HQ OÜ and its affiliate Rocketship HQ LLC (collectively, “Rocketship HQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) publish wellness and audio apps including Yoga Nidra: Sleep Meditations, Binaural Beats: Sleep Sounds, Sleep Sounds – Calm Noise, and Sleep Stories: Night Journeys (Android package com.rocketship.sleepstories) (collectively, the “Apps”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use these Apps.

Apps covered by this policy

This policy applies to the Rocketship HQ wellness and audio Apps named above and to future Rocketship HQ wellness or audio apps that link to this policy. It does not apply to unrelated Rocketship HQ products that link to a different privacy policy.

Information we may collect

Information you provide

  • Account information: If an App offers account creation or Sign in with Apple or Google and you choose to use it, we may receive an account identifier and the name or email address you elect to share.
  • Support information: We receive the information you include when contacting customer support.
  • Optional preferences and progress: Depending on the App, favorites, listening history, streaks, onboarding answers, notification preferences, and similar settings may be stored on your device or associated with your App account.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: App interactions, feature usage, session information, onboarding and subscription-screen events, and notification interactions.
  • Device and app information: Device type, operating-system version, app version, language, app-instance or installation identifiers, and network information such as IP address. We and our service providers may use IP address to derive an approximate location, such as country or region.
  • Diagnostics: Crash reports, performance data, stack traces, and related technical information.
  • Subscription information: Product identifier, purchase status, trial or subscription status, renewal status, and entitlement information supplied by Apple or Google Play and our subscription-management provider.
  • Attribution information: In Apps where attribution or advertising measurement is configured, campaign information and device or advertising identifiers may be processed in accordance with platform permissions and applicable law. Where Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission is required, the App requests permission before tracking.

Payment information

Depending on the platform, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store or by Google through Google Play. Rocketship HQ does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Apple or Google Play and our subscription-management provider may provide us with purchase and entitlement status so that premium access can be enabled and restored. Refunds are handled by the applicable app store under its policies and applicable law.

Health information

  • Yoga Nidra: If you explicitly enable Apple Health integration, completed sessions may be written to Apple Health as Mindful Minutes. This HealthKit data is handled by Apple Health on your device and is not transmitted to Rocketship HQ.
  • Yoga Nidra on Android: If you explicitly enable Health Connect integration, completed Yoga sessions of at least 60 seconds may be written to Health Connect as on-device exercise session records. The App requests write permission only, does not read Health Connect data, and does not transmit these records directly to Rocketship HQ.
  • Binaural Beats: If you choose to connect the App to Apple Health, it requests permission to add Mindful Minutes and, on iOS 18 or later, State of Mind; it does not request permission to read HealthKit samples. With permission, listening sessions that end after at least one minute are saved to Apple Health as Mindful Sessions using the playback interval. The current App has no active path that saves State of Mind entries. Binaural Beats does not upload HealthKit samples or data read from HealthKit to Rocketship HQ. Separately, when account sync is available, the App sends progress records derived from in-app activity—including aggregate listening time, completed-session counts, and recent-session identifiers and timestamps—to Firebase. If an Apple Health authorization request fails, limited diagnostic details (the error domain and code, plus HealthKit availability) may be sent to Crashlytics.
  • Sleep Sounds: This App does not read from or write to HealthKit.

How we use information

We use information to operate and improve the Apps, provide and restore subscriptions, personalize the in-app experience, maintain user preferences and progress, deliver requested notifications, diagnose crashes and performance issues, understand aggregate product usage, prevent fraud or abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We do not sell personal information. Depending on the App and version, we may use the following service providers:

  • Apple or Google: App distribution, payments, subscriptions, platform sign-in where offered, notifications, diagnostics, and platform services. Apple Health applies only where enabled in an Apple App.
  • Firebase and Google services: Authentication, analytics, crash reporting, cloud data storage, remote configuration, messaging, and related app infrastructure.
  • RevenueCat: Subscription and entitlement management using an app-user identifier and purchase information.
  • Superwall: Paywall presentation and related paywall analytics, where configured.
  • AppStack and Meta: Attribution and campaign measurement, where configured, using pseudonymous identifiers and information about app interactions and purchase events.
  • Attribution and advertising-measurement providers: Used only in Apps and versions where configured, and subject to applicable platform permissions.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users, our rights, or the security of the Apps.

Data retention and security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to meet legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. Information stored only on your device can generally be removed by deleting it within the App, clearing app data where supported, or uninstalling the App.

Your choices and rights

  • You can manage notifications, Health access where available, tracking or advertising permissions where applicable, and other device permissions in iOS Settings or Android Settings, as applicable.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings or Google Play subscription settings, as applicable.
  • Where an App provides an account-deletion control, you can use it to request deletion of account-linked App data.
  • You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

Residents of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, California, and other jurisdictions may have additional rights under applicable privacy law, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Children’s privacy

The Apps are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version and effective date will always be available at this URL. If changes are material, we may also provide notice in the relevant App or through an app update.

Sleep Easy: Sleep & Rest

Sleep Easy addendum updated: October 23, 2026.

Apple Health access is optional and read-only. Sleep Easy imports up to about a year of sleep records and keeps the imported records on your device. It does not change or delete records in Apple Health.

Phone-motion tracking is optional and starts only after you turn it on. When you open the app or refresh Apple Health, Sleep Easy can check up to seven days of available iPhone activity. Raw activity is processed in memory and is not saved or sent. The app may save bounded sleep-time estimates on your device. These estimates are labeled, editable, and removable in History. A quiet phone does not prove that you were asleep; you may have been awake or away from your phone. Apple Health sleep and your manual corrections take priority over motion estimates.

Energy and optional sleepiness check-ins, issued forecast snapshots, and optional attention-task results are stored in the same protected local archive. They are not uploaded for model training or included in analytics, advertising, billing or notification payloads. Forecast snapshots are kept for up to 31 days (128 maximum); ratings and attention attempts for up to 365 days (1,460 ratings and 1,000 attempts maximum). Retention is applied when the app refreshes these records. The archive requests device protection and exclusion from backup.

Deleting sleep data in Sleep Easy removes sleep, energy, forecasts and attention records together. Deleting the app also removes its local archive. Neither action deletes Apple Health records; remove those separately in Apple Health if you want them deleted.

Tracking in this release does not require a subscription. Optional usage analytics and crash reporting are off by default. If enabled, analytics may process app-open and screen-name events, and crash reports may contain app, device, and diagnostic information. Sleep, phone-motion, energy and attention records and estimates are not included in the app’s analytics event payloads. The app does not send raw Health records or raw phone-motion activity to these services.
