Description of Service
BruteForce AI is a content management tool that helps users create and publish photo carousel content to TikTok.
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content published to your TikTok account through our Service. You agree that all content complies with TikTok Community Guidelines.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to post content that violates TikTok policies or applicable laws, spam or harass other users, or infringe on intellectual property rights.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. RocketShip HQ LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration (U.S. Residents Only)
If you are a resident of the United States, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), before a single arbitrator, seated in New York, New York, and governed by the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act. You and RocketShip HQ LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action; claims may be brought only in an individual capacity. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property in court.
This arbitration and class-action-waiver provision does not apply to consumers in the European Union, the EEA, the United Kingdom, or any jurisdiction where such provisions are not permitted; those users retain all mandatory statutory rights and access to their local courts.
